Back from holiday and the wind is good today. Up at Brog it did not dissapoint at all. Very nice clean wind, gentle between the gusts. Did my usual gybing and tacking, the odd heli and duck (attempt) thrown in. Did a few simple deliberate catapults = spin attempts, getting a bit more confident.
